Today, I have the newest collection from Pahlish. This collection of six shimmers doesn't have an official name but was loosely inspired by the game series, Professor Layton. The colors are slightly muted and the shimmer is soft. Let's take a look!
Golden Apple - A light peachy nude creme with a coppery pink shimmer. This looks a little more yellow toned in real life. The formula was a little streaky and I needed three coats to even everything out. A glossy top coat really brings out the shimmer.
Monte d'Or - A grayed out lavender creme with red and copper shimmer. This greige shade is very flattering and contrasts nicely with the color of the shimmer. The formula was okay. You are seeing two coats with a glossy top coat here.
St. Mystere - A grey toned sky blue creme with turquoise and golden shimmer. This one is very pretty and had a different shimmer color than the rest in the collection. The formula was better and smoother. This is two coat with a glossy top coat.
Elysian Box - A lilac creme with coppery pink shimmer. This color was really nice as well. Sort of pastel but not too light. The formula was good and opaque in just two coats.
Unwound Future - A minty aqua creme with copper shimmer. This one is beautiful. There is something about minty greens and copper...they always look great together. My photo shows this a little brighter than it is in real life. This was two coats with a glossy top coat. The formula was okay.
Descole - A rosy pink creme with red and copper shimmer. This one had the best formula of the collection. I was almost happy with one coat but did two to make sure everything was even. It is a nice work appropriate color that has a little extra something special.
The Pahlish May 2016 Collection is available now from the Pahlish online store. This is the first collection to be in the new printed bottles with a pretty blush colored logo. They are selling for $10 each and Pahlish does regular restocks on Sundays. Be sure to follow then on social media to get up to date info on restocks and new releases.
Many thanks!

I'm not so often into these soft and muted (nude) shades, but Descole is really pretty and sophisticated. :)
