One of my favorite brands is Zoya. I own way too many color to list and I am hardly ever disappointed with a bottle. I wanted to share a quick little post on a recent manicure I wore that I just adored using Harlow. Harlow is part of the Zoya Matte Velvet collection. This collection is limited edition but you can still get all of the shades now from Zoya's website. This polish dries to a flat matte finish and pretty quick too! I used two coats with no top coat for this mani. The color is amazing, a rich berry with an intense shimmer. The shimmer really pops with a top coat but I wore this in its intended matte finish. So now for the photos...
So what do you think of matte finish polishes? Do you like to wear them without top coat? I do :)
