Pink and Black Polka Dots

There is no mani as simple and adorable as a dotticure. Since I tend to favor very simple designs,  polka dots are one of my favorite forms of nail art. I also love the combination of pink and black, although I'm not a girly-girl, it just looks cute!

For this mani I started with three coats of Zoya Shelby then using a large dotting tool I added dots with Cult Nails Fetish. Fetish is a wax-finish nail polish, which means that it dries to a semi-matte finish. I loved the combination of shiny Shelby with the waxy fetish. Somehow together these colors look so polished and classy.





What do you think of this mixed-finish manicure? Is it something you would wear?

    this is got so much impact with those wax black dots. fetish is one of the best polishes i have gotten this year.

      Fetish is fantastic! It's a totally different effect than it would have been with simple black or matte dots. Want to know something hilarious though? It happened on accident! I mean to grab Nevermore and grabbed Fetish instead. ;)
