I have been seeing a lot of dotticures lately that I really love. I decided to try one for myself! I started out with OPI A Roll In The Hague, a bright orange creme with a perfect, pigmented, shiny, smooth formula. I then used two different sized dotting tools and white polish to add random dots all over.
